Okay so awhile back our stake had a basketball tournament for the men in the stake. Kyle played awesome and was definitely a key player on the team. I told Kyle he couldn't play if he was going to talk trash and cause issues, its not that he would do it to be rude but he finds it funny to irritate the other players but I just find it stressful. So he was really good and rarely said anything to the other team even so he still had people that wanted to "meet him in the parking lot" ... seriously its church ball, but whatever. In the end he "let his skills do the talking" and his team took the championship. I was so proud of him and had meant to post something but never got around to it so... Congrats babe!
But now on to the good stuff! So they followed the basketball with volleyball for the women in the stake. I was so happy, I totally miss playing organized sports even though I am not even close to what I once was it is still so fun. We have been playing for a few weeks and last night wrapped it up with a tournament. So this is how it played out. Our first game there was only three of us there and we played a team of six and just barely lost 20-25 it was a double elimination tournament so that put us into the losers bracket. Well after winning the next three games, two of them in a row, fighting our way back we found ourselves in the championship game facing the team we lost to on the first round. Because it was a double elimination if we were to win it all we had to beat them twice. At this point I was so tired, sadly my stamina is not what it once was. It looked like a huge task! We had five players now, a couple more had come. So we went to work, and some how we did it we beat them twice!! It was AWESOME! Go Laurelwood!! Thank goodness Kyle was there he was so motivating, I knew he really wanted us to win! He told me he hasn't been that nervous in a long time. I know I was totally nervous watching him pay his game! He was not only cheerleader but also babysitter, he was helping with all the babies while the moms played, Kyle you are amazing thank you so much for your love and support!. I am so sore today but it was totally worth it. Now I have a "Stake Championship" to add to my state championships. So just one more time... Go Laurelwood!!!

How time flies!
So I have been meaning to post forever now and I just keep putting it off so I am a little behind. First off Sophie is getting so big! This was her five month picture! She is starting to get mobile. She is not quite crawling yet but she can scoot and roll to reach what she wants. She loves to play with paper and does not like it when you take it away from her.
She loves her sister! Bailey can make her laugh like no body else. Sometimes I will be holding them both on my lap and Bailey will do something Sophie finds funny and the next thing I know we are all laughing its so much fun.
Here is a special moment with her Daddy!
I love Bailey so much she so silly! She is always making me smile! This past weekend Kimber and Chris came to visit and Bailey had so much fun with them. Of course I didn't get any pictures but Kimber has some way cute ones on her blog. You can find a link to the right. Baileys new thing she likes to do is play hid and seek. She will start to count then say "ready me not here me come!" She was playing with Chris and it was his turn to find her and he was calling "Bailey where are you...?" and she would answer I'm in here! Then he would say are you on your bed? and she would yell no I'm in my closet! It was so cute.
We started Sophie on cereal, this was her first time. She did pretty good!
Such a good daddy!
Some play time!
Sophie is actually Six months old now... it goes so fast! These are her six month pictures! Bailey was dancing and making Sophie laugh for these pictures!
